Our journey with Meta began in 2018 with us designing a keynote and demo hall space for Facebook Oculus Connect, a VR conference in San Jose. During the next year, we then went on to develop their global event vision guidelines and bring to life through F8, a festival experience conference. In France, the team worked on creating Facebook Connexions, a 3-day brand experience focused on supportive, safe, inclusive and civically engaged communities globally. This then led to us producing and managing Facebook’s annual thought leadership Video Summit in Paris to pioneer the future of video.
Since rebranding to Meta we worked together in London to create a festival of innovation that would bring the brand pillars of AI innovation to life through an unforgettable experience. This was curated through product showcases, headline speaker talent Mel Holdbrook-Akposoe (aka Melissa’s Wardrobe, stylist to Stormzy) and Marketing Director for viral coffee chain Blank Street, Claudia Winter during their fireside chat on how to ‘assure authenticity’. The aim was to create a tailored production and guest experience that would engage both the business and creator audience. We recently also partnered with Meta in the US to launch creator-first experiences and an event series that positioned them as the creative home for modern storytellers:

A daytime creator summit that traveled to Atlanta, LA and NYC, focused on getting real with Meta employees and fellow creators through open dialogue, tactical insights, and community networking.
Meta Night Out @ Disneyland
A magic-infused after-hours takeover during VidCon that turned content creation into play, offering creators once-in-a-lifetime access to Disney and Meta-branded moments designed for connection and social sharing.

This year, we also partnered with Meta to create Meta Festival 2025 - a day where advertisers, creators, and partners came together to explore how collaboration drives real business growth.
From AI's role in creativity to brand-creator partnerships that scale, the festival was rumbling with ideas that further proved storytelling and strategy go hand in hand.
Beyond the main stage, Meta AI, Instagram, Samsung, and Oakley invited guests to immerse themselves in these themes through spaces that blended creativity, technology, and culture into unforgettable experiences.
