Amplify, Seed and Wonder

As an industry of creative problem solvers, we know we need to work collectively to find ways to minimise the negative impact our work has on the wider landscape our work exists within and the planet we live on.

This policy reflects our belief in the power of collaboration and collective action to support the acceleration of our industry transition to a more responsible, sustainable future.

Governance and Accountability

This is an extension of our responsible business policy that maps out our commitment to all our stakeholders across our people, our work and our planet.

The Board of Directors holds ultimate responsibility for this policy and an annual compliance review is conducted monitoring alignment risk between public statements and internal operations.

The Head of Responsibility and Impact is assigned accountable for this policy enforcing and overseeing all advocacy activities.

We value transparency and clarity. If any stakeholder believes our lobbying or advocacy efforts are in breach of this policy, please follow our guidance on reporting suggestions, feedback and grievances available here. All feedback will be investigated without fear of retaliation.

Our commitments:

Positive impact

We will only engage in lobbying or advocacy efforts that contribute to a positive impact on society or the environment. Our focus is on advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals and supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy.

Evidence based

Our advocacy positions are rooted in reliable, peer-reviewed scientific data and credible socio-economic research. We do not promote misinformation or cherry-picked data.

Government and government affiliated bodies

We maintain a strict policy of zero financial or in-kind political contributions. We do not work directly or indirectly to support or to gain advantage to any political party. We do not believe in pushing our own political agenda for personal or professional gain, and will always remain objective and impartial.

Anti-corruption and bribery

We are committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in our business activities in all markets we operate in. Our Code of Ethics (available on request) outlines our bribery and whistleblowing position on preventing and prohibiting bribery, in accordance with the Bribery Act 2010. The Company will not tolerate any form of bribery by, or of, its employees, agents or consultants or any person or body acting on its behalf.

Partner and intermediary alignment

We work with partners to amplify our voice. Before any partnerships are established, we conduct due diligence checks to ensure the organisation’s goals align with our mission. If an intermediary organisation takes a position that contradicts our values or this policy, we reserve the right to publicly distance ourselves or withdraw our support.
