Chanel sought to deepen emotional resonance with its luxury beauty and skincare lines among a discerning and influential audience. The goal was to craft immersive, brand-right experiences that could spotlight new product innovations — particularly within the Sublimage line — while reinforcing Chanel’s cultural relevance in key high-profile moments such as the Met Gala and Tribeca Film Festival. The challenge lay in translating Chanel’s signature elegance and exclusivity into a range of experiential formats — each tailored to a unique cultural context, yet consistent in luxury, tone, and storytelling.

A pre-Gala sanctuary at the iconic Carlyle Hotel, offering personalized treatments from a celebrity facialist. Designed as an intimate retreat for Chanel’s inner circle of talent and influencers, the suite elevated Sublimage skincare as a red carpet essential.
WSA Water Lounge Treatment Suite
A serene, sensory-forward beauty destination centered on indulgent treatments in an exclusive NYC setting. The experience invited select friends of the brand to unwind and experience Chanel skincare in a highly curated, luxury wellness context.
Tribeca Film Festival @ Metrograph
