Amplify brings together Creative, Strategy and Production to deliver pioneering work for our clients, powered by a collaborative mix of talent. At the centre of it all sits Operations, the function that keeps everything connected, efficient and moving forward. As our Studio & Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how the agency runs day to day, with a particular focus on the creative studio. You’ll create the conditions for our designers and creatives to do their best work, balancing structure with flexibility in a fast-paced, ideas-led environment.
In this hands-on role, you’ll lead the flow of work through the studio, ensuring briefs, timelines and deliverables are clear, realistic and effectively managed. You’ll bring clarity and momentum to projects while knowing when to adapt processes to suit the creative process. Alongside this, you’ll take ownership of agency resourcing, developing a strong understanding of team skillsets and workloads to ensure the right people are on the right projects at the right time, including overseeing freelance booking, contracting and support where needed.
You’ll also play an important role in developing the Operations function, managing and mentoring the Operations Executive and helping to establish clear, confident ways of working across the team. More broadly, you’ll champion smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure strong alignment with agency values and operational standards, contributing to a positive and efficient environment.
You’ll strengthen the operational backbone of the agency through systems, reporting and commercial oversight. Owning tools like Paprika, you’ll ensure project and resourcing data is accurate, accessible and insightful, providing visibility across capacity, timelines and delivery. Working closely with the Operations Lead and department heads, you’ll support budget management, monitor spend and contribute to operational strategies that enable both creative excellence and commercial success.
