The creative studio is a melting pot of talent from conceptual creatives, copywriters, strategists, architects, graphic designers and motion designers who collaborate to deliver pioneering work for our clients. As Senior Architectural Designer you will be at the forefront of defining and shaping the work.

Our Senior Architechtrual Designer will help shape the studio’s architectural output by mentoring junior designers, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and bridging concepts with execution to create spaces that captivate and resonate. You bring a deep understanding of spatial design, a strong conceptual voice, and a rigorous approach to design thinking that’s grounded in technical expertise and cultural insight.

Some of the day to day will include:

• Creative Leadership & Vision - Lead the design process with originality and clarity, championing innovative spatial ideas, driving creative direction, and ensuring narrative integrity throughout each project.

• Concept Development & Design Strategy - Translate client briefs into impactful design responses, crafting compelling spatial stories that integrate brand, context, and experience. You’ll guide concept development across teams, overseeing everything from mood boards and sketches to full-scale presentations.

• Technical Oversight & Delivery - Oversee detailed design and technical execution, applying advanced knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and sustainable principles to bring ambitious ideas to life, safely and commercially.

• Project & Team Leadership - Collaborate across departments, including production, strategy, client services, and external partners to ensure projects run smoothly, meet deadlines, and surpass expectations. Mentor junior designers with generosity and clarity.

• Studio & Cultural Contribution - Play an active role in evolving our studio’s creative language, sharing inspiration, challenging conventions, and contributing to the strategic growth of our design offering.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Someone who holds an RIBA Part 2 or Part 3 qualification (or equivalent), with 5+ years of experience in architectural, spatial, or experiential design.

• Highly proficient in CAD software (Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Rhino), with an expert grasp of 2D/3D workflows, technical drawings, and spatial planning.

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, and experienced in developing high-quality visual presentations and renderings.

• Adept at guiding projects from concept to construction, including tender documentation, production detailing, and on-site coordination.

• Passionate about crafting narrative-rich environments that challenge expectations and connect emotionally.

• Comfortable leading teams, presenting to clients, and managing multiple projects in fast-paced, creatively ambitious settings.

• Strategic thinker with a strong aesthetic sensibility and a clear point of view on architecture’s role in culture and experience.

• A natural mentor who fosters collaboration, feedback, and personal growth across the design team.

• Solution-oriented, calm under pressure, and confident navigating ambiguity with optimism and clarity.
