The creative studio is a melting pot of talent from conceptual creatives, copywriters, strategists, architects, graphic designers and motion designers who collaborate to deliver pioneering work for our clients. As Senior Architectural Designer you will be at the forefront of defining and shaping the work.

Be creative:

  • Be curious and have a hunger to create original exciting work
  • Be at the forefront of where Architectural experience goes next, constantly seek new trends from the next technological frontier to the next cultural movement
  • Be active in the design world. We encourage research and regular attendance to design and cultural festivals
  • Be excited by, and have a strong interest in, narrative led experiential design
  • Operate at the intersection of concept, innovation, spatial and experiential design
  • Demonstrate the highest level of ability to interpret a brief through the lens of spatial and experiential design across multiple project typologies
  • Develop design methodologies and design languages across experiences, campaigns and activations
  • Write and craft engaging presentations that will frame the design thinking
  • Be able to clearly present design thinking to internal teams and clients
  • Shape work that will meaningfully contribute to, engage and help shape culture

Lead design:

  • Be the leader of design and craft across pitches and live projects, demonstrating your skills as a leader to project teams, departments and the wider agency as well as clients
  • Champion sustainable approaches and methodologies
  • Take responsibility for the quality control of the design output of the projects you work on, arranging regular crits with the Design Director and consistently check the work to deliver against the high standards we set ourselves as a creative agency


  • Be a key connection between the creative ideas and technical delivery of any project you work on
  • Demonstrate an extensive experience of fabrication, production capabilities and costs. Crafting this knowledge into all aspects of projects from conception through to execution
  • Apply your experience and knowledge to champion sustainability
  • Maximise value, quality and commerciality through a rigorous critical design process
  • Demonstrate a capability and breadth of knowledge to clearly translate conceptual creative proposals into technical information that can be clearly interpreted, costed and produced by external suppliers
  • Have a clear understanding of and keep up to date with the wider industry standards and regulations
  • Be interested in software innovation and digital design tools. Be constantly looking to integrate new technologies and approaches into the work you create both conceptually and physically


  • Work closely with Group/Creative Directors to unpack briefs
  • Work with the wider project team to frame and articulate the ideation process
  • Work closely, and form strong relationships with the Live production team, ensuring you are involved in the production and fabrication process, working collaboratively to strive for the best collective outcome (design, quality, feasibility, sustainability, budget management and client satisfaction)


We’re looking for someone who believes in the power of narrative led design and will want to craft work that ultimately has a visual impact and makes the audience feel something. You will;

  • Be a leader of design and all that it entails, and think differently about architectural and design experience
  • Be a constant source of inspiration to projects, team members and clients
  • Have proven senior design credentials, with extensive experience of creating outstanding design work and delivery
  • Have the ability to see all projects through from concept design through to delivery at the most senior level
  • Be advanced in a broad range of design tools and programmes
  • Be actively interested in creative culture
  • Have the ability to articulate ideas simply and concisely and build compelling narratives
  • Enjoy being a part of a multiskilled team and enjoy working collaboratively
  • Be agile and adapt well to change as ideas evolve
  • Have strong personal time management skills and can work towards deadlines
  • Have strong communication skills across all departments and levels of the organisation
  • Be a lateral thinker, able to approach problem solving in a positive, solution driven manner

The salary range for this role is between $120k - $175k, depending on experience.


  • We’re looking for someone who holds either an RIBA Part 2 or equivalent, MA in Interior, Spatial Design or Set design or alternatively has extensive experience in design practice
  • Has proven senior design credentials in architectural practice or creative design studios
  • Advanced in CAD software and detailed design drafting. Vectorworks, AutoCAD and Rhinoceros is preferred
  • The ability to visualise and render concepts
  • Advanced in the Adobe suite of software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc)
