Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager that will play a critical role in managing the agency's financial health by overseeing vendor payments, collaborating with the production team to optimize project profitability, and maintaining cash flow. You will report directly to the US Finance Director.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Someone motivated by dynamic, fast-paced environments, with over 5 years of finance experience, including within startups and the creative agency space.
• Comfortable managing shifting priorities with minimal oversight, while maintaining accuracy and consistency of output.
• Confident balancing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills, approaching challenges with resilience and a solutions-first mindset.
• Be detail-oriented and take pride in executing financial tasks with accuracy, precision, and efficiency.
• Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal, with proven ability to build and maintain strong partnerships across teams and stakeholders.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new systems, with confidence using G-Suite and intermediate Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and process optimisation.
• Proactive in seeking continuous improvement, leveraging technology to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Thrive under pressure while remaining calm, focused, and committed to delivering outcomes in complex or ambiguous environments.
