As we continue our trajectory of growth, we're looking for an Executive Producer to lead the delivery of high-profile, creatively ambitious work across live brand experience and activations.

Our Executive Producer will take the reins on some of our most high-profile, creatively ambitious work. This is a senior role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, craft, and commercial thinking, leading standout brand experiences from big idea to flawless delivery. You’ll be a confident, solutions-driven force, trusted to influence at the highest level and help shape Amplify’s creative and commercial future.

In this role, you’ll oversee the delivery of complex, large-scale projects across multiple markets and disciplines, owning everything from early scoping and strategic planning through to execution and wrap. You’ll set the standard for best-in-class production, embedding smart processes, driving innovation, and ensuring operational excellence without ever compromising creative ambition. With full commercial ownership, you’ll manage significant budgets, mitigate risk, forecast accurately, and work closely with finance and senior leadership to protect margin and drive sustainable growth.

You’ll also be a true leader of people and partners. As a trusted senior advisor to clients, you’ll bring strategic production insight into pitches, key meetings, and long-term relationships, helping turn bold ideas into achievable, brilliant work. Internally, you’ll inspire and mentor senior producers and production teams, building capability, shaping structures, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 9+ years' experience in live events within a production company or creative agency.
  • Proven ability to lead high-profile, large-scale, and multi-disciplinary projects from pitch through to delivery.
  • Expert in balancing creative ambition with practical execution, maintaining high standards under pressure.
  • Deep understanding of the brand experience, content, and communications landscape, from live activations and installations to digital, film, and hybrid experiences.
  • Strong commercial acumen, confident managing seven-figure budgets, negotiating with suppliers, and delivering margin while maintaining quality.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can engage C-suite clients, internal leadership, and large delivery teams with equal impact.
  • Experienced in team leadership, with a passion for mentoring and growing production talent.
  • Solutions-focused, calm under pressure, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • A collaborative senior voice who leads by example, fostering trust, motivation, and clarity across the business.
