We’re looking to connect with experienced Editors to join our talent pipeline for future opportunities. These roles typically involve editing short- to long-form content (15s–5 mins) across commercials, social, broadcast, and internal projects, using Premiere Pro and Media Encoder to deliver polished edits, often on quick turnarounds. Alongside editing, you’d own post-production asset and data workflows, including ingest, storage, version control, and archiving, as well as managing projects in LucidLink and Frame.io, maintaining drives, and briefing or quality-checking freelancers or junior team members. Camera experience is not required, but those with shooting skills may have opportunities to contribute to in-house and client content.
We’re keen to connect with editors who have experience in an agency, brand, or production environment, with strong storytelling instincts and a sharp eye for pacing and detail. You’ll be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple projects, and confident working independently or collaboratively across creative, production, and strategy teams. A strong understanding of asset management is essential. Bonus skills include After Effects, basic image retouching, and hands-on camera experience.
