Amplify has a reputation second to none as it continues to build an upward trajectory of growth across the global and group business. To support us on this continued journey, we're looking for a driven, relationship building, dynamic individual to be front facing with Amplify clients - both current as well as prospective.
This role sits within the UK client development team and will include working with the Founder, as well as other partners and SLT’s within the business.
The primary objectives of this role will be to drive growth, build high-value relationships, and secure opportunities that fuel agency growth. While you’ll have visibility across existing clients, your focus is on identifying, pursuing, and converting new opportunities, whether through proactive outreach, inbound leads, or strategic agency initiatives.
Some of the day to day will include:
- Lead on growth opportunities - taking ownership of the new business pipeline, from initial contact and qualification through to pitch and conversion. You’ll champion outreach strategies, respond to briefs, and lead pitch processes that align Amplify’s strengths with market opportunities.
- Uncover and develop opportunities - working with the Founder and SLT’s to nurture relationships with prospects, industry connectors, and brand decision makers. Spot trends and identify spaces for Amplify to step into, across brand experiences, content, culture, and communications.
- Create winning responses - Leading the development of high-impact proposals, RFIs, creds decks, and pitch presentations. Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to frame compelling solutions that win business.
- Be a key face of Amplify - Representing the agency externally with clarity and confidence, at meetings, events, and industry gatherings. You’ll be a natural networker and a trusted voice in the room.
- Drive commercial growth - Exceeding revenue targets for new business. Working closely with senior leadership to forecast accurately, shape commercial strategy, and continually refine the agency’s go-to-market approach.
- Build Agency visibility - Turning successful new work into visible proof points, case studies, PR, award entries, and thought leadership that elevate Amplify’s positioning and attract future opportunities.
- Collaborate and influence - Working cross-functionally with creative, production, strategy, and leadership to ensure we’re aligning new opportunities with the right internal talent, vision, and capability.
- Shaping agency culture and innovation - Contributing to internal initiatives and fostering a collaborative, optimistic, high-performing environment.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years' experience in a client-facing role within a creative environment, with a strong emphasis on growth
- Proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and converting new opportunities, from lead generation through to successful pitch delivery and onboarding.
- Strategic thinker and able to get to the heart of challenges and opportunities quickly, building strategies to win.
- Comfortable leading or contributing to strategic pitch processes, including RFI/RFP responses, creds development, and proposal writing.
- Strong commercial understanding, ability to ensure we are giving and getting value.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior-level client and prospect relationships, with a natural ability to spot growth opportunities.
- Solid knowledge of the creative and marketing landscape, including brand experience, live events, content, and communications.
- A clear communicator and active listener. Persuasive and confident in presenting ideas and storytelling
- Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, strategy, creative, production, and leadership.
- Self-starting, resilient, and highly motivated by growth and business outcomes.
