Amplify helps launch virtual-reality music platform, MelodyVR…


Amplify were challenged by MelodyVR in the lead up to the app's launch, to define the brand's positioning and develop their visual identity.


These days, music fans are spoiled for choice with streaming services offering them a world of music at the click of a button.

For some, music has begun receding into the background but more and more fans are now craving a music experience.


Develop a brand narrative and visual identity that communicates MelodyVR's unique offering - enabling fans to experience music in ways like never before - and establishes MelodyVR as 'the destination for music in virtual-reality'.


Amplify helped to define the brand positioning that would open doors with key music and tech industry stakeholders in the run up to launch, whilst also crafting the consumer facing proposition.

As part of this, Amplify created a bold and ownable visual brand identity for MelodyVR.

A bespoke Brand World document was compiled containing a suite of assets that are designed to work across multiple touchpoints, from web to OOH.

Everything from the logo, to the typeface and colour palette was carefully considered to ensure that the identity can be executed seamlessly and consistently across both the digital and physical worlds.

The identity draws on design language used across the music and tech industries but is distinct and contemporary in its look and feel, with specific cues designed to be recalled by our audience.
