Amplify launched a search to find the most ‘Seriously Social’ person on Facebook– with the winner getting £25k to spend on the party of their dreams. To ensure word about the competition spread beyond its home on Facebook to other social media sites, we seeded it through student unions and lifestyle sites such as Vice. Entrants submitted an idea for their party, with the 25 best each built a Facebook page displaying their party manifesto. They then had two weeks to attract as many fans to their page as possible; the one with the most fans took the prize.
Now Playing With Spotify
Amplify created the Now Playing platform – a set of intimate live music events with Three and Spotify. We held the exclusive events in London's Shoreditch Town Hall and The Monastery in Manchester. Some of the UK's hottest musical talent took to the stage, with performers including White Lies, Tinchy Stryder, I Blame Coco, Everything Everything and I Am Arrows. The campaign, events and artists were supported by a far-reaching amplification and PR push. This drove awareness across national and specialist media, social networks and influencer blogs.
