Amplify elevate the launch of the new Honda Civic at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

Honda Motor Europe asked us to create an exclusive preview event to unveil the new 2012 Honda Civic at the IAA Frankfurt Motor Show.

The event provided an intimate and entertaining environment for the global media and industry opinion formers to get a first glimpse of the car ahead of the official show opening. The evening's theme revolved around the Civic’s brand messaging: ‘If you never venture into the unknown, how do we get anywhere new?' With this in mind, we decided to do something a bit different – revealing the car in dramatic fashion, suspended 70 feet above the heads of nearly 400 guests.

After this entrance, the new Civic was the undoubted star. Additional highlights included developer Q&A sessions and a talk by the Dream Factory Cultural Engineer Mark Stevenson.

This all ensured that the guests had a truly memorable experience and that the new Civic was uppermost in the minds of Europe's key media figures the next day. The event has set the standard for presenting Honda’s new cars to the media.
