Exclusive Warm Mix from Mock and Toof

This exclusive podcast comes from friends of Amplify and leaders in the electronic music scene, Warm. They have hosted eclectic club nights at the likes of The End, Cargo and Big Chill House- with a current monthly residency at Plastic People- nurture close relationships with labels such as Innervisions and Sonar Kollektiv, and are a well-respected DJ agency. Artists they manage include some of the world’s best underground DJ’s and producers: Ame, Dixon, Henrik Schwarz…and of course Mock & Toof and Alex From Tokyo, the producers responsible for our latest mix.

Based in London, Mock & Toof are responsible for the Tiny Sticks imprint as well as recording for DFA and Mule Musiq. Most notable in their early days for their re-edit of Madonna’s “Lycra Virgin”, the enigmatic duo have gone on to remix for The juan Maclean, Hot Chip, Maps, The Doves, Friendly Fires and more. Look out for their debut album in 2009, which will feature collaborations with Pollyester and Gavin Cordon.
